We offer a 2 day interactive training session of Lean Fundamentals with focus on eliminating waste and increasing process capability using Lean basic tools

consists in 35 multiple choice questions. In order to pass the exam you need to provide at least 70% correct answers.
LEAN BELT
We offer a 4 day interactive training session of Lean Management, in order to familiarize participants with the key concepts of Lean, such as Kaizen, VSM, 5S, etc.
Benefits:
By the end of this training, the participants will learn how, when and where to use Lean tools and how they fit together under a business system focused on continuous improvement.

4 days training + 3 hours international exam
The international certification exam
consists in 50 multiple choice questions. In order to pass the exam you need to provide at least 70% correct answers.
LEAN FOR EXECUTIVES
We offer a 1 day interactive training session of Lean Executive with the focus on highlighting Lean concepts as well as the importance of making a change at the organizational level.
Benefits:
At the end of this training, the participants will acknowledge that in order to achive success at organizational level, the entire company must engage in the transformation by applying Lean principles.

We offer a 3 day interactive training, in order to familiarize participants with all the necessary tools for the organizational transformation in IT.
